Linkskill Academy Pvt. Ltd. ("Linkskill Academy", "we", "us") is a career training institute based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, operating linkskillacademy.live and related campaign pages, forms and downloads.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website — including course enquiries, workshop registrations, internship applications, or a campaign page such as the Placement Readiness Kit — we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and WhatsApp/phone number
  • College, department and year of study (for student-focused forms)
  • What you're interested in (course, internship, workshop, etc.)
  • How you heard about us, and campaign/source information (e.g. which QR code, page or link you came from)
  • Basic technical information such as the page you registered from and, where applicable, UTM campaign parameters
  • Your answers if you choose to take an optional self-assessment (such as the Placement Readiness Check), and the score it produces

How we use it

  • To send you the resource or information you requested (e.g. the free Placement Readiness Kit)
  • To follow up about courses, internships, workshops and career guidance relevant to what you expressed interest in
  • To improve our programs and communications
  • To understand which campaigns and channels are working, in aggregate

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

WhatsApp & phone contact

If you register on our site or click a WhatsApp button, you may receive a message from our official WhatsApp number (+91 90874 96799) related to what you registered for. You can ask us to stop at any time.

How we store your data

Your information is stored in our secured database with access restricted to authorised Linkskill Academy staff. Submissions are protected using row-level security so that only our team can read or export lead records — the website itself can only add new entries, not read existing ones.

Your choices

  • You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or by emailing us.
  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@linkskillacademy.live.

Cookies & analytics

Some pages record basic, first-party usage events (such as a page view or a button click) to help us understand how our campaigns perform. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with third-party ad networks.

Children & students

Our programs and campaign pages are aimed at college students and job seekers, generally 17 years of age or older. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will remove it.
